Payment
- We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
- Payments must be made in pounds sterling.
Pricing
- We endeavour to ensure that our prices in both our catalogue and on the website are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to increase prices due to circumstances outside of our control. In this event, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or amend your order prior to your order being despatched.
- Where applicable, VAT is charged at the standard UK rate - currently 17.5%. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
- We aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt.
- Standard delivery takes between 2-3 working days. However, some items may take up to 10 days to be delivered. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or is not available to be despatched immediately, we will contact you to let you know an estimated delivery date.
- We will send your order either recorded delivery or courier service, so someone will need to sign for it. If there isn’t someone in when the courier arrives, they will leave a card, you will then have three days to either arrange a new delivery time or pick up the order from a local depot.
- Our standard delivery charge for all UK mainland addresses is determined by total weight of the order, and will be advised on screen before you checkout.
- We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address.
Express Delivery
- For urgent orders, we offer an express delivery service. Delivery is next working day for orders received before 15.00. Please enquire for details – 0845 644 3972.
